2011 Lapeer Days Festival Arts & Crafts
Show
Dates and
Times:
Friday, August
19, 2011 10 am - 10 pm
Saturday, August 20, 2011 10 am - 10 pm
Sunday, August 21, 2011 10 am - 5 pm
The Arts &
Craft Show has been relocated to the north end of Annrook
Park along the the river. Booths will be situated
about 20' in from the river bank. Skerbeck Bros.
Carnival will be located in the paved parking lot across the
river behind Lapeer County Bank & Trust again this year.
With ample
parking and direct entry to the carnival and the downtown
area, crafters will be exposed to a continuous flow of
festival goers!
Applications
should be submitted to
1143
Baldwin Road, Lapeer, MI 48446 along with a photo for each item you would like to
sell at this event, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
(Photos will not be returned) You can return your
application by email with your photos as an attachment to
afox1@chartermi.net. The Arts and Crafts Committee
will jury the candidates and make their selections upon
receipt of forms. All applicants will be notified of the
committee's decision and those selected will receive a
rental agreement form.
Information:

Cost for the booth
rental is $75 per each 10'x 10' space. Crafters
must provide their own tent, tables and chairs.

There is no electricity,
lighting or security provided
-
Parking will be available
at the north end of the park for ease in loading and
unloading your merchandise.

Parking is on a first come
first serve basis for everyone coming to the festival
(vendors and public).

Parking is only allowed in
legal parking spaces.

Vendors must be set
up ready to open at 4:00 pm on Friday and must
participate in all three days of the show.
Notices:

NO COMMERCIAL
PRODUCTS are allowed in this show, everything must
be hand-made or home-made.

NO REFUNDS
will be given for cancellations.
